Welcome to stevegracy.com (the “Site”). The Site is run by Steve Gracy Photography (“we,” “us,” or “Steve Gracy Photography”), based in Wichita, Kansas. By visiting the Site or joining as a member, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. You must be 18 or older
The Site contains artistic nude and boudoir photography intended for adults only. By entering the Site or creating an account, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher);
- viewing this kind of content is legal where you live; and
- you will not let anyone under 18 view the content through your account or device.
If any of these aren’t true, you must leave the Site now. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
2. Membership
A membership gives you access to the private member area, including galleries and downloads, for as long as your membership is active and paid. What’s included may change over time as we add, update, or retire content.
Founders Deal
Anyone who joins before the Site reaches 1,000 members can get full access for $5 per month. You keep the $5 Founders rate for as long as your membership stays active. If your membership is cancelled, ends, or lapses because a payment fails, the Founders rate ends with it, and rejoining later will be at the price offered at that time.
Other plans
We may also offer other plans, such as 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month memberships. The price and billing period for each plan are shown on the join page and on the PayPal checkout page before you pay.
3. Recurring billing through PayPal
- Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Memberships are recurring subscriptions. When you join, you authorize PayPal to charge you the plan price at the start of each billing period (for example, every month or every 3 months) until you cancel.
- Your PayPal account and payment details are also covered by PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy.
- If a payment fails, your access may be paused or ended until payment goes through.
- If we ever change the price of a plan, we’ll give you notice before the new price applies to your subscription. Founders keep the $5 rate while their membership stays active.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time to stop future charges. Because billing runs through PayPal, the surest way to cancel is in your PayPal account:
- Log in to PayPal.
- Go to Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments.
- Select the stevegracy.com subscription and choose Cancel.

5. Your account
- Your login is for you only. Don’t share your username or password, and don’t let others use your account.
- One membership is for one person. Shared, resold, or “group” accounts aren’t allowed.
- Keep your password safe, and tell us right away at stevegracy@protonmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may use security tools to spot unusual logins, such as one account being used from many places at once.
6. Copyright and personal use only
All photos, videos, text, and other content on the Site are owned by Steve Gracy or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright law.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view content and, where a download is offered, to save it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:
- share, post, upload, or repost any content anywhere else, including social media, forums, file-sharing sites, chat groups, or AI training datasets;
- sell, trade, give away, or otherwise redistribute content;
- remove watermarks or copyright notices;
- edit content to make new works for sharing; or
- use bots, scrapers, or bulk-download tools on the Site.
Breaking these rules may lead to your account being closed without a refund, and we may take legal action, including copyright takedown notices.
7. Respect for the models
Everyone shown on the Site is an adult who agreed to be photographed. Please treat them with respect. Don’t try to identify, contact, harass, or track down any model through the Site or using its content.
8. Ending your account
We may suspend or close your account, without a refund, if you break these Terms. This includes sharing your login, redistributing content, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Site. You can end your membership at any time by cancelling as described above.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the Site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of interruptions. Content may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you agree to that location.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we’ll let members know by email or on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
