Phase II involves moving the operation into a larger venue. Gracy Studios has thus far focused on increasing the quality of its product and the size of its library. The next step is to increase the studio's size and capabilities. Gracy Studios will now cater to freelance Engineers and Producers with at least two additional recording facilities. Included will be a specialized studio specifically for film scoring.

At this point, I focus on proliferating my network of business relationships both in town and around the world. This second phase is where I organise all the necessary components to ensure Phase III's success!

Step 1. Relocation
     1a. Leasing a building
     1b. Renovations: painting, soundproofing, construction, etc..

Step 2. Staffing
     2a. Receptionist
     2b. Engineers to staff additional studios. Also available to freelancers.

Step 3. Networking
     3a. Trips to Studios in key locations around the country.
     3b. Forging relationships with filmmakers engineers, and musicians - locally and abroad.
